Carpet bonded foam (with lamella)

The needle punched polypropylene carpet has a solid bottom layer, which guarantees the strength of the entire carpet. The carpet fiber itself is not dyed on the surface, but the pigment is part of the fiber. This guarantees that the carpet preserves its color, the color does not fade over time.

COLORS OF THE CARPETS

The standart color of the carpet is blue.
On request, you can choose from other colors.
The standart color of the foam is gray. 
You can also choose the color yourself by agreement. 

The most commonly sold color of the carpet is sky blue in combination with gray foam.
For larger orders, you can choose the color you like.
Last year, we produced carpets for indoor climbing facility. They chose a gray carpet with gray foam.
Customers liked this combination, the anthracite shade is pleasing to the eye and easy to maintain.
That's why we included the gray carpet in the usual stock.

Other popular colors are yellow and red, both for carpets and foam.
We will be happy to supply you with another color when buying at least 14x14m carpet. There is 10% charge for the pigment.

TIP: Carpet stains can be easily removed with vinegar water.

DIMENSIONS OF CARPET BONDED FOAM

Thickness: 1.5 cm; 2.5 cm; 3.5 cm or 4.5 cm.
Width: 100 cm or 200 cm.
Length: 1 - 30 m.

Standard lengths of carpet bonded foam is from 6 to 14 meters.
We produce any length up to 30 meters.
We will adjust the dimensions to your needs.

When shopping from a retailer, you have to choose from what he has in stock.
When buying from the manufacturer, you can order what you need and we will tailor it for you. You can choose the thickness and length of the carpet (default width is 2 m).

Usually, customers order 14-meter carpets for gymnastic floors.

TYPES OF CARPET BONDED FOAMS

Carpet bonded foam with lamella - the foam is cut. The carpet with lamella is simply rolled up by one person, and in addition, carpet is protected on inside of roll.
Double-sided Velcro is for connecting to other carpet bonded foams.
We supply in two colors. One in the color of the carpet in a width of 8 cm, the other is white color in the width of 5 cm (marks the exercise area).

Standard - Roll up with the carpet on the inside of roll.

Standart carpet bonded foam is of better quality, stronger and it is nicer to look at. Its surface is uniform. It takes two people to roll it up.

We supply double-sided velcro for standard carpet colors. The hook side of the velcro is on the bottom and the loop side is at the top. The loop side is soft and pleasant to touch. When using one-sided Velcro, the hook side is on the bottom and the top is plastic.

We supply Velcro in two colors.
One in the color of the carpet, which is used to firmly connect other carpets together and is 8 centimeters wide.
The second is white, which serves to mark the exercise area and is 5 centimeters wide. The white Velcro is also double-sided with the loop side on top.
