How long will delivery take?

 

We usually pack and ship small goods (clothing / accessories) within 3 - 7 business days. We send other products (equipment) within 10 weeks at the latest. Delivery time may vary for goods that are on request / pre-order or sold out.

How much is the postage and packaging?

 

Clothes, accessories, online course:

 

Toptrans: by weight, cash on delivery: 2 - 6 EUR

 

Equipment:

 

Toptrans: by weight / pallet + 10 EUR / pallet

 

For larger orders (equipment), we recommend personal pick up in our warehouse:

How will I receive the ordered goods?

 

We send orders via DHL, but you can also pick up the goods in person.

 

How can I pay for my order?

 

You can pay by cash on delivery or bank transfer.

 

What size should I choose?

 

If you are not sure about the size of the goods, you want to order, use the size chart, which can be found at individual product's description - especially for T-shirts  and hoodies.

 

How to maintain and wash clothes?

 

Each piece of clothing is marked with a visible label, according to Czech (European) standards, where all the important symbols for the correct handling of the product are listed.

 

What if the required goods are not in stock?

 

If we don't have the goods in stock, please be patient. We will add the goods as soon as possible.

 

Can I get a discount?

 

Yes, when ordering a large number of goods or when ordering an expensive order. Write us your specific request in the e-mail.

 

Will I be invoiced for the order?

 

Yes. When ordering goods, an invoice will be issued to you and sent to the contact information you provided.

 

What if I choose a size that doesn't fit me?

 

If that happens, follow the complaint procedure. However, if the requested size is in stock, you can exchange your product.

 

Who are clothing and accessories for?

 

Clothing and accessories are designed for boys and girls of any age. They are suitable not only for parkour and other sports, but also for casual wear and leisure.
